I got to spend some time Saturday afternoon with my grandchildren, all four of them at once. It was great.
I haven't seen them in almost 6 weeks. Wow how they have grown and matured during this time. The girls are both speaking so much clearer. Alex is also, it shows that preschool has been great for him. Damion had to get to know grandma again it has been so long since he has seen me.
Shannon and Fiona got Care Bears given to them by a neighbor. Shannon took and crayon and was helping one of the bears color. It was so cute. She is doing great with the potty training. Fiona will come along in time, as will Alex.
I really miss being around the little ones, but we will all appreciate it more than if I was around every day.

- I am an artist, although not in a way some would think. Beads and thread are my paint and the materials I use them on are my canvas. Some of my inspiration comes from scenes that to some are just a part of everyday life. But we really don't pay attention to them. The trees that wave as the wind blows through the branches. The birds sitting in those branches singing and welcoming another day. Sometimes it takes a while for a piece to come together. It can also take a while to finish a piece as it may be detail intensive. Yet, it is VERY rewarding to see what comes out of the work. I hope you enjoy seeing my work as much as I do working on it and sharing it with you.
